The KPA try to arrange meetings at least once a half term, to allow us to keep up to date with our events and plans. Although we try and stay on topic, these are generally informal meetings where anyone can turn up and share ideas, offer help, or just have a listen to see what is going on. We usually meet at 7pm on Tuesdays or Thursdays at The Swan, Kibworth.

The AGM is a more formal meeting that happens once a year during the autumn term. We still welcome everyone to come along, but we have to stay a bit more on topic. It is a chance to review all the activities over the previous year, to say goodbye to any committee members who are leaving or stepping down, and to welcome new members. If you are interested in a role, but are unable to attend a the meeting, please feel free to express your interest by emailing us at admin@kpakibworth.org.uk.
We will share details of the AGM date, agenda and any vacant positions at least three weeks before the meeting date.
Annual financial reports are also presented at the AGM each year. These can be accessed by contacting finance@kpakibworth.org.uk
