Notes about the spreadsheet

We have tried our best to inspect all donated items and have divided some into more specific categories

• Branded jumpers and cardigans:

  • Good = no pen marks or repairs 

  • Acceptable = may have whiteboard pen marks or small repairs (fine for everyday wear)

• Non-branded jumpers and cardigans - two main styles exist, the jersey sweatshirt style (like the branded jumpers) and cotton fine knit style

• Polo shirts:

  • "Girls" styles may have decorated collars, shaped buttons etc

• Trousers & shorts:

  • These have been split into "boys" style and "girls" styles 

• Skirts, pinafores, girls trousers - two main fabrics are used, either standard cotton or thin jersery style fabric

• Items on Uniformerly (summer dresses, pinafores, trainers and shoes):

  • Used (Good) - we can’t see any obvious marks when we photograph it 

  • Used (Other) - we can see marks and have included a photograph (a maximum of 2 is all the site allows) 

• PE kit - joggers, hoodies and trainers- there are no colour requirements for these items in the uniform policy, but most are grey, navy or black
