To help with event booking for both our parents and volunteers, we are currently trialling using the site "Zeffy" for bookings.  We will share a booking link for each event we host which will take you to the Zeffy booking site. The booking will collect allergy information, pick up details and take payment all on one system. 

We have chosen Zeffy because 100% of the ticket price will come to the KPA. Zeffy are able to offer this because they have an option at checkout to make a donation to the Zeffy website helping them cover their running costs. This money goes to Zeffy, not to the KPA.

You are welcome to support the Zeffy website and make a donation, however if you do no wish to do so you must change the options, as the default option is to make a donation. We have included images below, but in summary, after you have put in your name and contact email but before you put in payment, you will see a “Summary box” showing a suggested contribution of 17.00%. Select the drop down for this and select “Other”, then put a zero in the box. This will return the ticket price to the KPA price. If you pay the donation to Zeffy but then change your mind about it, you will need to contact them directly for a refund.

A step by step guide to Zeffy donations:

1. Use the link provided with the event details to visit the Zeffy site. Select the appropriate number of tickets and complete the mandatory information.  Select Continue

2. You will be taken to the next page. Complete your information (email, name and country).

Below this you will see the Summary box (see Figure 1)

3. The Zeffy site will automatically include a suggested donation of 17.00%. This money goes to Zeffy to help with their administration costs, not the KPA. If you do not wish to make this donation, select the drop down box and chose "Other". Enter 0 into the Contribution box.

4. This will return the total to the value of just the ticket and you can continue to enter your payment method.
