We are really looking forward to World Book Day on 5th March 2026.  Currently, only 1 in 3 children now say they enjoy reading and we want to do what we can to try and change this.

After the success of last year's event, the KPA is keen to help recycle preloved books by asking for good quality donations. The children will then have the opportunity to select a 'new' book for themselves during the school day on World Book Day.

Please start looking through your bookshelf for any outgrown or unloved books, ready for donations to be brought into school after half term. 

Books can be:

• Given to your class teacher 

• Taken to the school office 

• Or email us at admin@kpakibworth.org.uk
